Have fun while learning new skills and meeting the coaches. We will cover basic blocking and tackling along with passing and running with fun games and drills.

Review the practice plans and schedules. Concussion prevention and diagnosis training. CPR Training.

Colonial Youth Football Passing Tournament

1.	Birth Certificate (for first time participants only)
2.	Image Release Form
3.	Waiver and Release of Liability Form
4.	Emergency Medical Treatment, Consent and Information Form
5.	Survey Participation Permission Form
6.	Report Card
7.	Medical Clearance Form
8.	Resume Participation Medical Clearance Form
